(REQ) Movable X-Meter?

I downloaded the X-Meter and it's working well. However it is positioned in the lower right part of the screen and is not movable. Therefore in downtrending markets, it blocks price action. Does someone have this indicator with the ability to move it to a different part of the screen? Thanks
