The timing solution contains many features not present in MTP such as the ability to find matching patterns. There are also more astro & geocosmic models present in timing solution such as the Berg index and the Hoff Zodiac index. There are also ready-made models for Dow and Euro. A sqaure of 9 is inbuilt. I am sure there are many other functions present that I can't think of at present. I think that MTP is larger because it contains the StarTrax Millenium which is used for rectification and astrological prediction work.
