I purchased the Gann Pyramid Square of Nine Essentials http://www.sacredscience.com/ferrera/squareof9.htm when it came out originally and was never able to to make a successful trade with what he teaches. His teachings are complex mathematical formulas for forecasting major tops and bottoms, but when you try to apply these teachings in actual trading they fail miserable. If you were preparing a PHD or doing some type of research, then his books maybe helpful. munchun 1
jjrr Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 grain trader speaks the truth. except that it won't be useful even for research because academics believe markets are completely random and cannot be forecasted. as regards ferrera/sacredscience, they are typical scammers nothing more. spirals of growth and decay is full of gibberish and was abviously written by a very confused and misguided author. it's not that it is so complicated - it is just that the mathematics (if you can call it that) of it is completely wrong and written by a man who doesn't know what he is talking about. munchun 1
