Craven A fags... didn't know they were still around

'fags' means something else for you Yanks doesn't it, OK Craven A cigarettes!

Sorry, Freddie, but this association of ideas was not a second in my mind!

I came across this portrait of Mr. Craven in the 17th century and told myself that I preferred our beloved current craven.

I never try to be nasty, or I'm misunderstood, or I'm clumsy and in this case I'm sorry.

I figured out the part about the smokes, but was having trouble comprehending the Baron episode. :-O

Sure,...sweetheart! Take all my messages as messages of love, unless they are related to trading. :-)

when I read that , I kinda assumed it as an ad copy for the brand, implying if you smoke their brand, you will have the same martial prowess as the historical Craven, and perhaps even a slot in the national peerage awaits you!! Sweet!

Then it would Baroness Craven :)

I had not thought of that either, but I prefer this side of positive thinking!

Actually, I just saw an old picture of the 17th century and compare it with a photograph of a pretty woman, made me smile! The story of 'Baron' was there only to realize that the old image was "a" craven, that's all.

Without doubt, it would have been better if I found an old photo of a baroness, it would have been less equivocal.

To do this, although this was not my interpretation, I beg you all to forgive me.

Remain good friends,

freddy
