It also supports text-to-speech engines in different languages and will tell you the time in English, German, French, Spanish or Russian, if you have speech engines for those languages.

I use this to give me market opening times, etc.

 

Open file, download program. Click on toolbar clock, click on about / register, click on enter license and copy/paste info from txt in download.
