Forex Trading Platform? What’s everyone using?

In the process of evaluating trading platforms for trading Forex and possibly equities in the near future.

Right now I’m evaluating NinjaTrader 6.5 and MetaTrader 5.

 

What I’m looking for:

- Good drawing tools

- Multi-monitor support

- Easy order entry

- Market overview window

- Good charting

- Fast

- User friendly

- DOM

- Forex and Equity support

 

What I don’t like about NT (so far):

- Drawing tools are not that good

- Difficult to select, delete and straighten lines/other tools

- Would like an overall Forex market view similar to MT

- Order entry is a bit strange

- Moving Average lines colors are not shown on the label.

- Can’t add data window directly to charts (top left corner)

- Slow to start up and load modules.

 

What I don’t like about MT5:

- Multi-monitor support is missing? Really don’t want to stretch the program window.

- DOM doesn’t work

- Can’t add data window directly to charts

- Order enter is better than NT but looking for something better

- Don’t know if it supports equities?

 

Going to evaluate MultiCharts next.

 

What platform is everyone using?

Any recommendations? Preferably something I can evaluate before buying.
