What are the good & safe ways to convert it into other e-currency, like Paypal, moneybookers, etc. There are some agencies listed in the LR website, but I need past experience from whoever has used the service. hyperdimension Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 I used eCardOne recently to buy 3K USD of Liberty Reserve currency, and due to bank fees, eCardOne's own fees, and Liberty Reserve's fees, ended up getting around 70 USD less than that into my Liberty Reserve account. The registration process can take a week or so if you are a first time customer. They have strict security policies.
