REQ:Mod Them All.mq4 needs modifying please!

Can someone please modify or provide an ea that can be attached to any chart that will modify the TP AND SL for all orders used by different ea's to a fixed level globally.So as the experts place new orders this new ea will overwrite the TP AND SL automatically.I understand there are alot of order management ea's but none seem to work properly, sometimes with them if i say set TP=10 They will set 100 wrongly...

I understand there may be an issue with different magic numbers for ea's so maybe one could have an external parameter with different magic numbers separated by commas.

The reason i require this is that some of my ea's use dynamic TP or SL and i want to control these to a fixed level globally ,so that each and every order Placed by different ea,s will have the same fixed TP AND SL.
