I entried buy this morning following what I prodicated, right now the position is in +346 pips for one day.

my problem is that I always would like to take profits earlier than I should. Entry was very ok, but my exit mostly lousy.

 

Have you used your strategy using single volatile currency pair like EURJPY and GBPUSD, instead of T101 combined price?

I believe you can still get similar result, whether you're using combined price or not...

Thanks everybody for your intresse in this.

1) All we need is the greenline on H1, the 14 pairs addes together line. - the template that you shall use in the post nr1 of this thread. It is the pips of 14 pairs plus together, it is the price line, no lag. I never actually need any other indicator, just the greenline and the fib drawing tools.

 

2) I have checked the mostly closed one is GBPJPY H1, but it is still not the same. The single pair does not give your the Techniquel analysis perfection. Once you are using the all pair line, you see, it has the fib perfection, and can be used to draw the lines for channels, higher high, lower low etc.

 

3) This time, the exit is ok now, because I am training my self on it. exited at the first resistant level, just as I draw on the prodiction chart. There was a re-entry long good chance, but at that time, I was at work, not beable to access to the terminal. Mondays buy was just buy the first wave on the way up, we shall have total 3 waves up. Since I missed out the perfect re-entry long chance, I decide now I shall wait for a good setup. hence right now, no position.

Finimej, I think you've discovered something indeed very interesting. Following your explanation I plotted the indicator on H1, plotted the Fibonacci retracement connecting the recent top and bottom and guess what: after having climbed consistently yesterday, around 38.2 level it showed sign of weakness (shortly before London open) and I decided to run the SELLALL script. One hour later I closed at around +250 pips profit :).

Well done. What you did is fade the price, the trend actually was up. With this kind of counter trend operation, then you shall be carefull. You stoploss is just few (<5) pips above your fib line where you did entry.

 

As you see, according to plan, there shall be a retracement at the fib 38.2% level, then after the retracement, you shall entry long position again. But at that time, I was at work, so I did not catch the re-entry long chance. Rule is: no hurry, and wait for the perfect fib setup, and you shall see the index shall the weakness when it turn as well.

 

My exit was at the fib 38.2%, and also most of time, one big cycle, or one big wave is around 1100~ 1200 pips. It alway retrace after 1200 pips profits.

so , big wave +1200 pips gain max.

small wave, + 320 pips max.

One shall take profits and exit when the position is more than 1100 pips. and wait for re-entry.

I'm amazed.... after it broke below the 23.6 level this morning (I'm in Bucharest, GMT+2 hrs), it amazingly turned bullish exactly at recent support. It's now climbing up to 23.6, I cashed out just to be on the safe side... this strategy is too good to be true :)

Could you please post a screenshot of it turning bullish? On my platform I have seen something completely different happen. After it broke the 23.6 it turned bearish... and continued almost down to its previous low it made the 27th of September. After that (about 6 hours ago) it eventually started to retrace up.

I am very glad that at least one or two guys pick this method up and start practise on it. I like this strategy, because there is no any other manual strategy can give you more 1050 pips just in one days trading and with normal money management, no martingale, no grid.

 

let's see how last week turned out? it faild at the 50% fib retracement, and turned down, precis just find it support at previous low. You hard to miss this entries if you have time to monitoring your screen.

here is my guess for next week, we have to look at the big picture here, check out month back. I could be wrong about next upper phase already started. The down phase could still continue, but I will adjust my predication and play along if that is the case.

I did two operation: one buy right at the 61.8% level, the monday morning before I drove to work.

then one sell operation at the previous high level, the thursday morning before I drove to work.

Entry was perfect, but the exit was nausy! I exited buy, because at that time, it formed a lower high, it could be down. so I took profits and exit the buy.

 

The sell exit was even worser, because last friday was tripple expiring day for options, so I expected the window dressing will put the SP500 and forex index higher on friday, so I took profits at the thursday night, which was not cool.

result: gain one week 65.56% profits/account, and +848 pips

 

I have not hade any negative result operation since I started on 2009-08-04. totalt 8 order operations, each operation buy/sell 14 pairs. Only one time, the third operation hade max draw down to around 600pips and came back to profits at 300 pips. This was pure lucky.

this is going to be a memorable week. after studying your predictions for last few weeks, I am a firm believer in this system.

 

I am inclined to agree with the blue line, and if it breaks the double bottom, its gonna be a huge move down.

 

this is better than any great thriller movie I have seen in last couple of years.

This is an EA, that you put on any chart to trail your equity, when you are away from computer. Like my buy operation last night, was up o 500+ pips this morning, now it is down to 255 pips. So I made the Equity trail EA based on steinitz Equity trail robot. If I hade this Ea, I shall stopout on at least 400 pips profits.

In my case the big losers in the portfolio now are GBP-based pairs: GBPUSD, GBPJPY and GBPCHF. GBPUSD seems to have reached support and now may retrace, not sure about GBPJPY. All in all, I decided to average down, ran again the BUYALL script. I may be foolish, though who knows?

I normally never average down. If a position is in loss, then we know the major trend is up, then I just wait out the position to be profits. The stoploss line is the low, the dubble bottem where the index turned up, that's is normally the stoploss. anyhow what done is done, now just wait for it to turn up.

I closed the entire portfolio of 2 x 14 x 0.1 lots positions at + 280 US$ in profit. I know pipwise that's not much and also averaging down was quite risky. On a 10k balance account I'd feel a lot more confident in doing that.

It also close all trades on the predefined target. Mostly the big cycle is around max 1100 pips and small cycle around 300 pips and mediam cycle like today is around 500 pips. During it way up, the small wave down normally is around 150 pips or 200 pips.

The trail EA is just closed all trades in aroudn 504 pips profits, it does better job than me to watch the profits.

 

What the EA does is, like the EquityMoneytrail.mq4

extern double EquityTakeProfit_Dollars = 800;  //close all the trades when the profits reached 800 dollars.
extern double EquityStopLoss_Dollars = 100.0;    //stoploss, close all the trades when the profits reached -100 USD drawdown. 
extern double EquityTrigger_Dollars = 200.0; //trail start /triggered at when the profits reached 200 USD.
extern double EquityTrail_Dollars = 100; //trailstep is 100USD per step. 

 

My profits was 303 at the moment I put the EA on, now all the trades are closed when the equity reached 643 and backdown to 543 to the trailed stop, so I hade 543 pips profits for this operation. right now, no positions.
