dandawman Posted July 5, 2009 Report Share Posted July 5, 2009 Hello, does anybody know a good free program to draw directly to your screen reguardless of which window is open? like for labeling elliot waves freehand style and such.. any help is appreciated. also, how about a program that turns your own screen into your webcam?
