FXDD backtest produced more then 160% for 2008 .

Did you backtest using default settings on eur/usd 5 minute chart? If not can you upload your set file that you backtested to one of the links?

i did some backtests again and mine are much better then yours for 2008.

 

I found a discription of the bot by the author, have a look.

I have it running on demo account but no trades yet.

 

Live test by author took 4 trades since sept.01.

customised? do u mean optimised? which variables did u optimise? can u post your set file that you used for optimisation?

 

the website says that every sunday a new EA will be posted to members. which makes me think that it requires constant updates to stay working; curve fitting, neuro network, trained; call it what you will, but its the same thing.

 

interesting, i got lower quality results on this version of the EA then the 'originals'.

I mean The original one didnt work after September 1 but this one works and not same result got 5-6 s/l since september first

Backtest results with zighool's version are the same as before . I don't get any different results.

 

I will foreward test this one on demo the next weeks.

Good results are obtained on the EURUSD on 1hr time frame with a 50 or 60 pip S.L.
