mopips Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots There are other third party forex terminals that can compile and run MT4 code, so it's pretty lame that the Metatrader people don't have the skill to add backward compatibility to MT5.
mama Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots So MT4 becomes legacy system?
morgb Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots Surely MT4 coded EA's will have some way of getting ported across?
MrBlade Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots Now I running MetaTrader 4,new information for me about MetaTrader 5... Thank you...
willtrader Posted July 13, 2009 Report Posted July 13, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots This looks good, although aesthetically not vastly different. I only use for charting, can't wait to try it out =)

jinnlost5 Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots This update is disaster for MT4 EA, script and other, because they say not compatible..... >:) >:) Besides incompatibility, MT5 has more rules for retail trader.

chow_ahim Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots how's this thing work? still learn about it
danky Posted August 2, 2009 Report Posted August 2, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots I'm liking the new screenshots. My favorite feature has to be the positions. I always hated how if I had multiple positions for the same pair open, they wouldn't just show them grouped like Oanda. Thumbs up from me!
pepefv89 Posted August 3, 2009 Report Posted August 3, 2009 Re: MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal - first screenshots is there any way to change from ex4 to ex5 or mql4 to mql5 because i have a lot of custom indicators and eas i would not like to loose :((
