Thanks alot William, I've been searching for this list for over a year now. I first heard that something like this existed while attending a Kishore M preview seminar in JB, last year. He said he included it with his course.

 

When I found his course posted online, I was disppointed because this information was not contained with the files. so my search continued.

Well, I would like to say i'm sorry for those of you who have waited. It's not done on purpose. I have never thought i wouldn't have any time to leisurely online while on my biz trip last 2 weeks.
