From their website:

...Important: The DeltaForce Indicator does not repaint. All signals are given in real time and the past signals are not repainted....

From mq4 file:

   for (int l_shift_20 = 0; l_shift_20 < Bars; l_shift_20++) {
     g_ibuf_112[l_shift_20] = 0.0;
     g_ibuf_116[l_shift_20] = 0.0;

They are recalculating the position of the arrows on each tick...if this isn't a repainter then I don't know....

Agreed iwjw....I stopped using it long ago.

Maybe somebody here could modify it?... I don't know.
