What's the big deal with this tool? Detached windows in MT4? So what? If you have a multi-monitor setup, just stretch the MT4 master window across whatever monitors you want, position your charts within there, and you have the same charts. I have a 3x2 monitor arrangement - MT4 is my 2 left most monitors, stretched from the top one to the bottom one. I wouldn't pay 99 cents for this.
