  2. ciardim, Those are all thinkorswim studies/indicators. Thinkorswim is an open source platform, which means any indicators used on it become the property of TD Ameritrade (a.k.a., thinkorswim). Therefore, those indicators or others like them can be found for free on thinkorswim.

There is really nothing new under the sun when it comes to indicators, all the so called "new" indicators are just minor variations on the standard old tried and true ones. Remember that when you see a $1,000 price tag on an indicator, and consider what it tells you about the company who would sell it for such a highly inflated price.

  3. Gain profits up to 100-500% in 4 weeks!

Notice that these ads always contain the qualifier "up to"

Salesperson: "Make up to $100,000 in 6 months with our system!"

Buyer: "I only made $5 with it, I want a refund!"

Salesperson: "Can't have one, we kept our promise, $5 is on the way 'up to' $100,000."

And Hell is on the way up to Heaven. :|

  4. "I thought black cats only ate salmon?"

Word is the the ones that live in coal shafts prefer tuna.

"plus it's a really hot cellar."

o.k. then, make it chilled tuna.

Anyway, here are details on the requested book:

It seems "black cat" is slang for a sports tipster, so seafood may not attract him. But now I'm wondering why you'd want to hire a sports tipster who lives in a coal mine?

  5. I recognize that forum, it used to have another name, thought it was gone forever.

It's dead because it has an incredibly dumb virtual money based credit system that no one likes, i.e., you have to buy their virtual money to buy the files that are shared there. And if you go to the trouble of buying virtual credits, you may find that the link to the file you want is dead or it's now old and obsolete.
