Hi Marreta....try this
 
Open any indicator for edit via Tools > Edit NinjaScript, right mouse click and select References > Add, and find the following file, Open, OK.
"C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.Speech.dll"
 
It is one of those dll you have to add I am not sure about the version of .net thou....

This is one of the best Fib tools I have used. It has dynamic Fib Levels & Retracement Levels. What’s nice about this is it plots very clean with short lines that you can adjust to any length. Most importantly it doesn’t plot a lot of useless noise. As far as Fib Extension try this setup use these setting and save it as a Manage Templates and Name It. Now look at the chart and notice the 100% & the 0.00% levels, see how they line up very accurate. In this case on the chart you will pull your Fib Levels from the top down. By applying the Fibs this way everything will line up the same as the dynamic fib indicator. Now you will see your Fib Extensions above and below. Here is the indicator, after downloading it will show up as anaCurrentDayOHLV38 in your list of indicators.
