it appears that this book is not yet in print and expected time of print will be halfway 2015

 

Actually it is being held back by the author due to fear of it being copyright infringed by China and India, but it was out since last year. you can only buy hardcover and you can actually check Walmart.com or Barnes & Noble their expected date for shipping if you pre-order is April !rst. How much of an april fool joke this is I just don't Know
