I'd like to start participating in the thread, although I question the value to others. Trading journals are typically for he benefit of the writer to provide for introspection of their methods and psychology.
 
I do trade ES manually (no indicators); and NQ/ZS with an automated (and feature rich) version of the PPT Box. Trading manually does have it's mental challenges to stay disciplined which was one of the reasons to automate PPT Box. The other reason was to get into the trade with less lag (and slippage) when the signal fires.

You opened your thread demanding noone should ask for indicators or templates. You seem to use some supertrend colouring of bars and those dots (for stop and trendchange?) i know from that CFD GFT-platform i started with like years ago. Works greatly when there are big swings in main market hours but there seems to be no, not even far, try to get a grip on the current auction volume wise.

I use a trading keyboard to speed up repetitive keyboard and mouse operation.
Just add a second (USB) keyboard or numeric keypad and with the
following utility HID macros (freeware) you can allocate macros or shortcuts to
almost all the keys. I have used it for over a year, perfect for hectic
day-trading.

Look for GCI financial (MT4). It'is not ES, only SP and Dow, but it was the only one I was able to find/use.
