Here is the indicator I have been working on with 10suited, so if you have questions on how to use it in trading, those questions should not be directed toward me as I just did the coding: https://www.sendspace.com/file/tvg6we

You probably will see people develop this tool once NT8 is out of beta. In NT8 they made it easier for programmers to develop drawing tools, so you are probably going to have to wait a bit to see a tool like that in NT.

One of the indicators I value and constantly use is Acme1 and Acme 2 ( see image)- unlike other delayed indicators that depend on moving averages and their family - Acme 1-2 are based on price alone and they will react according to the market's move and nothing else. ( see attached image).
Obviously you cannot trade solely using acme 1-2 but the combination of both is a very good visual tool that i highly recommend.
Acme Trend is very similar to Abletrend - where the latter has more setup features and flexibility including some automation.
Attached is the install plus dll and the indicator itself.
I am just wondering if anyone has this indicator educated or is able to educate this trial.
Thank you all in advance- I am sure that we all can benefit from it.
I am attaching both acmetrend 1 and 2 educated - just apply it to any chart and use the default.

    I have no idea.
I am not sure that they are part of the famous acme family indicators.
The reason why I shared these educated indicators here is because I see value in them.
Basically they imitate Abl@Tr@nd almost 100% so you can just go to www.wintick.com and see for yourself.
and again here is the link for acme 1 and cme 2 educated-
    enjoy.

Forgive me, but personally, I'd not like to break FatTail's products, as he's a very good programmer who helped a lot to others and he already shared in public a plenty of free indicators.
His protections are very weak. So, even a novice in reversing can break it by himself...

That stuff is not the easiest to implement, mainly because the books are not very clear on the entirety of the concepts....so there are a few different ways to implement it just based on how it is technically described and then how some ppl online interpret it.....PM me with the portion of the rules you want to implement. From reading his book(s) and my own interpretation:

No, I think when you copied that part of the code you didn't copy the entire thing....1 period SMA of a 240 CCI would be SMA(CCI(240), 1)[0]....The last part of your code " ,1)" is copied from this part of the code: CrossBelow(SMA(CCI(240), 1), SMA(CCI(240), 20), 1)

CrossBelow(IDataSeries series1, double value, int lookBackPeriod) -> So what the CrossBelow is saying is if the SMA(CCI(240), 1) crosses below the SMA(CCI(240), 20) in the last 1 bar(s), return true, else false.

I personally have used Dorman for years with no issues. I also have another friend who uses Amp with Rithmic (no issues), but I know some people have issues with them....if you use Amp you need a Ninja multi-broker license from some time ago...No idea how Phillip is, hopefully someone here uses them and can give you some insight

I have used both and I have had no issues with either. I do know when I was trading a more discretionary system based on price action, I was running Rithmic, and a buddy was running Continuum and my data seemed to provide a clearer picture of what the market was doing that Continuum (our candles and volume didn't look the same)...I now trade Continuum with no issues though.

You can use Rithmic on more than Ninja, so you may want to go with Rithmic if you plan to switch from Ninja, or use more than Ninja.

Thanks to you guys for bringing the ZeroLag Oscillator to our attention and to sgueta for the vital education work. There were some requests for the User manual in pdf format and perhaps the audio alerts?
I have uploaded the manual pdf and the audio alerts for the oscillator here

When "Rec: Format" is set to Binary (type of file to write to), Gomi will record data so you can use the true bid and ask data later (you must have write data set to true, otherwise the data will only be good until you refresh your chart). If you set Rec: Format to NinjaTickFile, it will use the built in Ninja database, which does not have bid and ask data.

I just ran across this utility today and have been messing around with it this morning, so I don't know how well it works in real-time (if it slows your computer), but the developer said he created it with efficiency in mind (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showpost.php?p=400531&postcount=1).

    Here are the features:
    1. Improved cursor
    2. Enhanced trade visualization
    3. Improved ruler
    4. Indicator configuration templates
    5. Improved databox ... (I still have to work on this one)
    6. Single-key shortcuts on chart (a,b,c,d ... 1,2,3,4, etc.)
    7. Customizable timeframe switches
    8. Synchronized scrolling of charts
    9. Workspace switching by hotkeys
    10. Vertical grid-lines with specified minute interval on intraday chart
    12. Chart style improvements

    It's free (no affiliation): http://rainbow-in.com/

When you load it on a chart, just load the indicator "Rainbow" and it will add a toolbar to your chart. There are also other settings you can set in the main indicator window.

The main things that I like on it are:
    1. Plotting prior trade executions is head and shoulders better than the Ninja method
    2. The date and time shows you the actual date with the time, so when manually backtesting, you don't have to search for time to cross the 24/7 line to show you the date
    3. The cursor is a vast improvement over the Ninja--it is crosshaired with price next to the cursor
    4. The shortcut setup in the indicator panel is just awesome.

I only wish they had an option to remove their branding from the bottom two corners, although small, I would rather not see it down there since they already have their logo in my toolbar.
