This is the most basic principles out there. To be good at something, you have to learn how to do it and how to do it properly. ._. I mean come on, does this really have to merit a thread?

Wow, this was breath taking. Really spectacular show of talent. My jaw was hanging the whole time I was watching this. Wow, just... wow.

There's actually a really useful diagram about this on baby pips. Just look for it on their school of pipsology, you'll find out everything you need to know there.

If you can't afford a sizeable investment, don't expect to gain high returns. The amount of money you gain from forex trading is directly proportional to the amount you invest.

can't you do this normally with mt4?

Long read but really useful post. I especially liked number 7, it reminds me of what my friend always used to say about the market.

Scalping for me all the way. I trade in a very short time frame with a couple of positions open simultaneously. It feels more hands on, and I like the thrill of it. I'm just glad my broker, profiforex, offers a 0.7 spread on the USD/EUR pair. I've never actually tried hedging, I hope someone who does could share his/her experience.

Dear All,
Good day,
here I'm again trying to continue the previous topic and connect all things together to finalize my mian topic below in good results...
what is the most important thing(s) to know before going to trade real in Forex?
Now, here I want to ask you all using your own experience and others if possible to point at the best brokers considering reasons and why you think so..., please.
waiting for your opinions,
Best wishes,
SF
Hello, I've only had experience with a couple brokers but my current broker, profiforex, has got to be the best so far. They don't freeze the platform during news, and I can deposit and take my money whenever I please, quick, simple and transparent, just the way I like it. What about you guys?

I don't want to derail the thread but, wow. 1:2000 leverage is crazy, seriously. Has anyone ever tried using that much leverage? Even 1:100 is too rich for my blood.

Hi, I'd been trading forex for 3 years, i'm from Hongkong, wanna make more friends here.
Hello and welcome to the forum. Always glad to see a new face around here. :)

Now I am trading in forex . Already I have earned some profit . Now I want to earn a huge amount of money .That is why I want to be a successful trader and searching good suggestions to trade.
You're saying that you've earned some profit, so I'm thinking you have a trading method you follow or have developed on your own. How much is your win:loss ratio?
I think you should just optimize your methods and spend a lot of time perfecting it. Find flaws in your strategy and keep honing your analytical skills.

whic is the best forex course with Video to be simple and good ? :)
I don't know about videos but baby pips has the most extensive step-by-step course on all you need to know when you start out trading. Profiforex also has a good article on forex trading and trader psychology. good luck!

I love trading too, I wouldn't be trading for almost a year if I didn't love it. You gotta enjoy what you do to be really good at it. :)

Which broker and how many have you now of the 20 USD?
There are plenty of brokers who offer an account on $20, I personally started with $50 with profiforex. It does take a while to earn a sizeable capital but trust me, it's worth it

what you think my friends if you lost first time in forex do you think that this is your success lost now you will earn . forex is not easy business so we can not earn money easily.we can fall loss so we should not stop forex trading.we can gain money again after loss. loss is a pillar of success in forex.
Luckily, I didn't have huge loses when I started out. I'm just happy that I had an experienced friend help me when I was starting out but as I traded I made sure that I didn't copy his methods 100% I made my own style and strategy and he would just help me with things that I didn't understand.

I am currently trading with profiforex and I am happy, there's no hidden fees and I can deposit without extra fees and really low spreads too. But hey, I'm just happy I can withdraw on a weekly basis without any hassle.

It's a really sad truth that most traders know all too well. But keep in mind that majority of those people who lose money are the same kind of people who just blindly make accounts with brokers and start trading without any knowledge or idea how the money works. Most of them were lured in by all the hype surrounding the forex trade. Try not to be one of these people. :P

Hello
My name is Lenox and i'm from Switzerland. I'm trying to trade forex since 12 month. I love to do that. And i spend 8-10 hours daily to learn something more.
But it's so difficult to find the right way because there are so many scam out there. And in this way i lost a lot of money. Sometimes i'm so frustrated that i'm near to give up. Last time i'm crying like a child.
But i love the trading and i will get succesfull onetime. I will fight!
Now i saw this forum and it's look very serious for me.Thank you people for all that posts and effort .
My question is which from all that indicators are really usefull and leading?
Which scalping system/or which system generally do you advise me. I'm so despaired. I hope you can help me!
Greetings from Switzerland
Lenox
ps. sorry for my bad english:)
I'm sorry to hear that Lenox, but don't give up, you said you love trading, so don't give up. I know there's plenty of things that will try and stop you from achieving your goal. Find reputable brokers and try not to invest on bots, try to do manual trading first and learn as much as you can. Keep your hopes up high! And good luck. :)

It's basically when you sell a certain currency with a low interest rate and use the funds to buy another current to get a higher interest rate. You attempt to capture the difference between the rates. :) hope this helps

When I first started, I looked at many things online, webinars, blogs, articles, ect. For me, there is no "best" course. I learned something from each and everyone of those courses. I've also learned from books and other people's experiences. My advice, learn everything you can from every resource you find.

Hello johnstarks, I also love trading. Even though I'm not making millions, i still wouldn't quit trading for a job at the office, I just love how I chose what time I work, and being my own boss. Nothing beats that feeling. :)

That's why I don't think of my trades in terms of money because I know for sure that it will cloud my judgement on trades. I just think of them as merely numbers... it'll help me stick to my plan and execute it flawlessly. :)

I moved to live a couple days back. I do have 2 demo accounts just to try out new methods that I'm not really sure about or are too risky to do on live. You don't make money on demo accounts, so if you are profitable and have consistent profits, why stay on a demo account?

Choose a reputable broker, there are plenty of brokers out there, most of them will show their certifications on their site. Check out what other people say about them too. Remember a broker will be your middleman for each a every trade, that's why it's important to pick the right broker for you. Next, find out if what your broker offers helps your trading methods. For example, I am a hardcore scalper, so I'll look for brokers with tight spreads (because of the frequency of my trades) also, ill look for a broker that will allow scalping (obviously lol), ill look for a broker that will allow me to enter and exit a position almost instantly (i trade in a very short time frame.) Incidentally, my current broker, profiforex offers the things i want. So yeah, long story short, find a broker that suits you.
