Bullish Inverted H & S On Weekly Chart & Ascending Triangle on Monthly Chart .... If it crosses 6135.00 One Breakout will Lead to Another & Bull Market would be on the Way ....

 

But in case Breakout Fails it would be Failure of Two Large Patterns on Higher Timeframes, Hence either way Approx 800 Points Move is Expected

Trend is a General tendency or inclination of Prices.... (Reversal in Break in above)

 

3 Trend are

 

Up Trend - Prices go Higher forming a series of Higher Highs & Higher Lows (Series of Higher Lows Being Important).. (Reversal - Up trend is Broken where a Lower Low is Put down by Prices)

 

Down Trend - Prices go Lower forming a series of Lower Highs & Lower Lows (Series of Lower High Being Important).. (Reversal - Down trend is Broken where a Higher High is Put up by Prices)

 

Side Trend - Prices go sideways Between Support & Resistance Level ie. Regarded as Consolidation or Correction.. (Reversal is Change of Sidewise Trend into an Up Trend with above characteristics ie (Series of Higher Lows by Price) or with Down Trend ie (Series of Lower Highs by Price)

Inertia calls for selling the Top of the range & Buying the Bottom of the range & Hence RSI works the best to indicate the Signals.... In case of B/O wait for Entry on Retracement at the bottom / top of B/O Bar ... Fade in case the top or Bottom of B/O bar is taken out .. Use Divergence for confirmation..

One more observation.... The said Kiss (Reversal) is More Probable when there is space to the left - means that area of support (Demand Zone) / Resistance (Supply Zone) Produced a Powerful explosion (Force) out of these areas - The Reason is being Path of least resistance moves fast within those Spaces to the left ( Institution / Big orders are resting at those areas to re enter on Revisit of those Zones)
