OW 2.7 don`t work any more, but TS 8.7 work with Metastock data.

In this moment I work with MC 12 Test Build 15952, and work fine with old LicEmu. Also, all versions of MC11 run well with the old LicEmu.

In MC12 Test Build 15952, Oanda work fine, but I set my account in Rest v1. I don't know if Oanda work fine in MC11 in last weeks.

Is possible import intraday data from ASCII file of stocks or stock options, for this you need .ini file (look in metastock data folder) into the folder with your historical data. But I don´t know how to import into OptionStation...

For me, was relevant, I had this problem, and the solution was to write this line: 127.0.0.1 localhost

This line, does than all MC's communication with his Web site go to the localhost in your PC and not to MC site.

i have checked and don't have those line in the host file . i only got these details in the host file. would like to know where should i add to ? do i add between the lines or add at the bottom ? Please advice. Thanks in advance

Firts look if hosts file is in:

 

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc (for Win 32 bits)

 

and in 64 Bit W7 or higher, also to:

 

C:\windows\sysWOW64

 

Then if you have Win10 64 bits, the hosts file must be in these two folders.

 

Then next, write those line above (although it does not have importance where, below also work fine). Save changes. Restart your PC.

Look if you have this line in hosts file:

 

127.0.0.1 localhost

 

If you don´t have this line, then write and save change, next restart your PC and try open MC again.

I could install this indicators in TS 9.1 and TS 9.0, but only work the "Elliot Wave Oscilator" and don´t verify the "Elliot Wave". I can´t see the code; this is encrypted, and don´t compile in TS 8.7 because is old program for this code (In TS 8.7, I can decomplile old the code).

In MW try with Barchart, demo account don´t expire for download historical data of Index and stocks, also for Futures contracts of commodities, daily and intraday (2 years of 1 minute). I believe that this data is better than Yahoo data.

In MotiveWave for example, you have Oanda and FXCM for free datafeed with demo account, but first open demo account on web platform of broker, and next login with MotiveWave. Also for U.S stocks and index you have Barchart, also first open demo account in web site.

Wow thanks a lot FXWallabie. If it's not too much too ask, can you also send the indicator files? The reason I ask is because most of them are just blank or incomplete so I thought maybe with your cracking, they will be complete.

 

Yes, some indicators are incomplete, or only appear one line of code, and I can´t to Plot in TS8.7 or MC11, I don´t know why...Some indicators like MA_Pivots ask for a password and when I want open with decompiler nothing appear in the screen (not code), perhaps the original MA file is incomplete...

Apparently the web site http://zunaa.com is down, I download zunaa indicators some years back from this web site, but I don´t know what happen with this site.

Thanks but I'm using Multicharts and not Tradestation. Besides, I can't install the .exe files on Windows 7.

 

If you don´t work with Tradestation Ok, but this patch work fine in TS 8.7 on Windows 10 64bits. I can copy and paste functions from TS8.7 to MC11 free password (I work with both programs)...in this week I will upload.
