I would not recommend clicking/starting the executable within this RAR: previous editions have been replacement DLLs, which is all that's shown to be necessary to replace. Plus, the size of the executable is highly unusual. Nor is it considered proper to provide 'patches' this way. Quite often, these are tricks to install viruses onto your machine, which then propogate into who-knows-what (by way of starting to run all sorts of things, installers, etc via your \temp folders, among many other covert techniques.) Be warned. (And, since pretty nobody here needs v16 over the v7 that many might be using, I don't know why you would want to break your system, and potentially introduce viruses.)

Prediction point: I have tried in the past, 2-3 tick target, 12-20 tick stop. so one or two stops and you will stop using it.
JS: is a server based. so the levels are supplied from the vendor with a log in, but it does look good.

never ever seen any good program that made me money and I paid for about 5 of them allready almost 10k .Than I learned to trade my own way.You can find enough free good indicators on the net and make your own system.

I agree with you on the overbought and oversold. I also think it is the only way to trade now-a-days. You can do well range trading, but you cannot do that with baby stops ( such as 1-2 points in the ES). You need wide stops, wide targets and patience. The (paid) indicator that I use is very good, and very hard to duplicate since it gauges overbought and oversold of all the cash prices of the S&P stocks. Something you cannot do in ninja or replace with a RSI. I received you email request for the new indicator that I use, but it is best for you to find it in your own way and when are ready. Giving you an indicator will not help your trading, you must find it on your own. It does not have to be the one I use. Many oscillators could do similar job, but you have to give it time and stop changing methods every day.
My basic trading method is this, most traders lose, most traders chase. They get suckered fast price movement either up or down they tend to believe that they will continue; it does not. Best of luck to you in trading and thanks for your kind emails.

Addressing the miniz, which is what I trade:
IMHO, the markets ranges intra-day most of the time ( some studies say as high as 80%). So, I believe, we can be safe to assume that it will range today, tomorrow and everyday and use the RSI or any other oscillator to sell OB and buy OS. Now, once in a while, we will have a nice trend in place that will stop us out of my ranging assumption. The key is to use a 1/1 or 1/2 Risk/Reward in order to increase our account size in the long term. We also need to be careful of the time frame we use, since a trend 5M chart is nothing but a ranging day on the 30/60 chart. Based on what I have read lately, oscillators can work better on market with heavy participation, such as the the stock market indices. But with that said please note that there is always a better trader(s) than me that is taking the other side of the trade!!

The only way to KNOW in REAL TIME if a market is consolidating is NOT by using an indicator as Yamantaka said above but using the only thing - not lagging which is PRICE itself.
 
Sound simple right- but not so lol.
You cannot just look at the current bars and decide ; so here is my way to forecast the market in any time frame and any conditions.
All you have to do is mark you pivots ( or use any simple zigzag indicator to mark them for you ) - now here is the kicker- so watch carefully-
so far all we did was marking our pivots - so it makes no difference what time frame we are. Ignore noise if you can and if you cannot then skip it.
Now- watch- if the distance extension between the previous pivot and the current one is LESS than 1.272 then MARKET IS CONSOLIDATING RIGHT NOW. NO NEED FOR FANCY EXPENSIVE INDICATORS ETC.
Then you wait for the next pivot and do the same- ONLY when you fib is equal or bigger than 1.272 thats when you know that consolidation has ended IN REAL TIME.
Write this down, back test . no book or seminar will tell you that because they all want you to buy their expensive indicators that will plot beautiful colors and dots and curves lol.
This is my own revelation and I am standing 100% behind it ( it works 99% of the time in the ES ).
It is a little more composed than that but you can read more later on my coming up friday's entire day analysis.

I guess he is nomalizing the VIX which could tell the top or bottom of the swing (range zone) but still fail in the trend mode.

It looks like delta indicator but with the levels. I think in strong motion it will not show good results.
