as in the original nt7 files the scripts call a dll that is installed from the original package. For nt8, as long as you have installed the Nt7, then the scripts will work ( and do work )

since they call on the same nt7 dll. the boxes are based on a swingRSI indi were he makes a profile at the turning points ...

Converted TAS NT7 indicators to NT8. TASIndicators.dll is not shared in this archive. Place the source files in C:\Users\User\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Indicators and compile one of them.

ummm.... I do not know, though I mainly work with W7 ( better Windows in my opinion), I also have W10 partition but the version 1511 (with all updates to date) and there EMU has worked well for me.

 

So, the question is: which version of Windows 10 you work?

the error probably occurs because the emu has not been started! (be sure to click start when the emu window emerges)

 

And Yes this version is fully functional. ( I have 3 sources of data in real time and everything works ok)

I do not know what to say guys!! Works for me perfectly both W7 and W10.

in both operating systems I have installed the latest version, (Build 12411)

in W10 I did a clean install of the latest version (Build 12411) and in W7 I did an upgrade from the previous version.

Both ran in the compilation without problems. !!

 

Sorry I can not bring more light on the matter but here everything runs perfectly.

I even made the update on the previous 9.1 Build 12010 which is what I currently work in Windows7 64-b and everything was perfectly executed. All owners and native indicators were copiled and all configurations were safeguarded.

For the record say that the last release (Version 9.1 Build 12411) works ok with LicEmu !! in W10 64-b.

the simplest way is to use Average True Range (ATR) of a specified period. Eg 60 min - ATR(14) , its gives an approximation of the average range of the bars in this period.

 

Likewise, to use range or Renko will give you a significant improvement in your trading.

rhv, They are default values (the box 7,7,2) I always work with renko 13 or 15 points or ticks in the trading timeframe. I can use 30-40 renko for context, I only work with Oil, Dow Jones and Nasdaq.

rhv, please note that you need to have installed Windows Visual C++ redistributable libraries, which are part of the installation process of the orginal version of TAS provider.

people have to take the time to read the threads of the topic and know how the "edu" works.

 

Moreover, TAS could only have some effectiveness (if any) if you really have a good volume information. So perhaps it would be appropriate and "reasonable" show some effectiveness in futures and Stocks markets . (imho)

 

The problem with MT4 Forex & CFDs markets, is that different volume borkers different information, so the trace of indicators differs from Broker to Borker in the same situation. So, what chart is right? All and none.

 

And since the purpose of the tool it is to keep track of the auction, and if this auction is not accurate, so only becomes a fancy and expensive toy!

 

But again it is my personal opinion after extensively test the tool in different markets with different data feeds and platforms!

However, I like to work more with EasyLanguage and Bucast'solution in the other thread (post #381) has worked well for me. (Also, with Bucast'solution I can get the MC latest version and clear the port 80) jj. ;)
