well, I think users of this forum come from a wide spectrum of backgrounds, trainings and personalities. If this is a thread for those who want to go the coding way (indeed, the edu-by-myself way), why bother to tell it's not the way for "successful" trading? what I know is, going to a university does not guarantee you to learn the know-hows shared here but reading the thread surely gives you the specifics that a university does not teach. I appreciate to have this thread and thanks to all the contributors. I admire those who learnt from admis and been able to master the skills and contribute back to the community. Once again, my thanks to admis for his generousity to share and help.

Traders- this is a letter from my heart so you better listen carefully.
I have been trading for 16 years now, made all the possible mistakes, lost all the possible money around, went up, went down, tried and tested almost every possible indicator, strategy, magic lines, magic dots , magic bs.
Most of you keep chasing indicators and i fully understand it- you say to yourself- hey- if someone is selling this set for 3-5 K it must be worth a lot and i should spend 2 weeks testing it or maybe trading it ( since i get it for free- thank you educators and specifically admis ). But unfortunately- the ugly truth is that you can buy all of them and you wont make a dime.
 
After many many years of trading and testing new idea constantly- i came to the realization that most of the stuff you have in the market is garbage and will cause you losses.
 
The only way to make money is to read the market whether using volume ( i dont do that but i respect the ones that do ) or price or both.
 
As i started yesterday i will prove to you every single day that it can be done easily with no stress- just use your brain- nothing else.
 
Today i only made $712 but that was due to a huge volatility and to the fact that i was very careful - most of the time i use 1 contract- only few times i use two.
I DO NOT USE STOPS- if needs to i will add another position.
I rarely lose and that is what i do every single day ( today i worked only two hours and went to the gym).
I only use fib levels ( you can check the displayed chart and understand where and why i entered). i dont have the time or patience to explain every entry- but its basically the same as my position trading.
If i do it you can definitely do the same- i am not a genius or have extraordinary iq lol.
i will continue to show my results till you get convinced.

Thanks Jane for your great sharing! May be I also have to take a closer look into it... I tried some systems last year and eventually gave up due to repaint. Very hard for me to trace back what was going on. Thanks to admis and all of those who helped to share the training materials. I will go back to click the "Thanks" button for each of you. Since I haven't downloaded any of those links, may ask help from you all later this week... :-) happy trading!

god only knows how many methods and systems or "magic indicators" etc i have tested and tried.
i would carefully say that 99% of them are worthless or even bellow lol ( meaning- you will make more money if you trade opposite the system ).
this gets even more enhanced by the fact that its built of lagging moving averages and oscillators.
 
I have been watching this thread but did not bother to test or go deeper- but thanks to SW-ES i started to watch the videos which picked my interest.
 
I ended watching all the videos possible including the daily debrief and here are my results:
 
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SYSTEMS YOU CAN FIND.
Rules are simple and non negotiating, no bs and second guessing.Not too many indicators and all arranged neatly.
 
Its very very rare for me to recommend a system but i am doing that AFTER going through all the videos and testing it myself using the ES.
 
Their way to interpret divergence is very unique and simple and is working most of the time.
 
If you follow the rules you will definitely make money.IF combine that with some simple price action or fib trading you will do even better. I am totally impressed.

I am not thrilled about using their bars because they use around 22 ticks which is too much for my day trading taste.I would say that 4 ticks for first target and 5-6 ticks initial stop using renko spectrum 4-1 will give you amazing results.The system makes at least 4 ticks almost in every entry.
 
Regarding repaint: i dont think it is a problem here- the only signals that can be affected are the big dots which are just a signal for overbought-oversold situation and its only for divergence and dot trades ( see rules) - this type of measurement can be changed after reloading the data.
The triangles are meaningless- all they are is to show you where the pivots are and they serve no purpose.
So just follow everything live and see for yourself.
Going to test it and maybe even trade live tomorrow and will give more feedback.
Hope that helps and would love to hear from you some feedback for the system and not just about installing the indicators.
 
Forgot to mention one more thing-
almost all vendors are showing back results but... they look through the chart and show you one day from 6 month ago- another from 8 month etc which obviously they fit their system to the market conditions or looking for strong trends that last forever etc.
These guys show you day after day after day the signals and results - true- they are not 100% right but you can definitely understand that they are slightly biased lol

I'll use the OFlowSystem200612 addon in my short guide as an example project, containing 2 indicators and 1 strategy. The binary package is obfuscated by CliSecure, which is (was) the standard obfuscation-protection system dedicated for NinjaTrader. It is still widely used for NT7. Keep in mind, there are quite a lot other obfuscators.
 
For our purposes, it is now no matter how works this sample addition. We'll focus only on the educational process.

I assume, you've already installed Telerik JustDecompile with its extensions (at least: De4Dot Deobfuscator, Assembly Editor - Reflexil)
After running this app your screen should looks like this below:
In the upper right corner of screenshot the plugins manager is selected from menu. As you can see, the Reflexil extension is already installed and shown in the dropdown menu of Plugins.

After unpacking of the sample project on your disk you should see 4 files, as below:

During importing, NinjaTrader creates OFlowSystem200612.dll and put it together with these two in the folder:
c:\Users\YOU\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\
For a proper functionallity is enough to have only the final dll: OFlowSystem200612.dll (btw. this is fixed now in version 8)
 
Now we can open our sample project (file: OFlowSystem200612.X86.dll) into the JustDecompile by dragging it into the left panel or through the menu command: Open ... -> File(s) ...

It's worth to select the preferred language as a C# (shown on the screenshot).
In the left panel of window we can see a tree structure of project, which contains: namespaces, classes, methods, types, variables, constants, resources. The right panel shows us a decompiled source codes.
 
By clicking on the tree item in the left panel we can expand the structure and see all its details. As we can see in the right panel a project obfuscated by CliSecure contains this information.

6. after purchasing the indi, to fine tune the inside codes to suit personal likings so users are not bounded by parameters exposed by the developer.
