FXWallabie.... MS12 is not locked per se. It is "open". So there is no cracking involved. But what are you gonna do with a program that does not have the functionality in it to handle external data feeds or MS11 charts??? You might as well create your own version of a charting software if you got the skill to add all those functionalities to MS12.

For most of the users... MS11 is the last version that we will get unless there is a change of the business model from Equis and MS13 is released with a provision to handle external feeds as well as read older versions of the charts. Till then.... just dont waste your time on MS12.

Ok...Issues out there to d/ld. The 460MB+ file is showing up as a 3.25MB on the download and that makes me suspicious of it. As for the MF link itself, it is a members only file.

If you can up your copy to dropbox or mediafire or 4shared then that would be a help w/o me having to put up with more junk mail by signing up. :)

Can someone post the latest "Greg Morris’ Japanese Candle Pattern Recognition" for Metastock 11. Not the 2008 version. The latest one was released in 2011.

Even if it is not cracked but has the installation package that will be great.

Unfortunately, I don't use MT4 so cannot test it to crack it. If there is a metastock version, then let me know.

If you scroll up and read some of the comments, the tool has been used and commented on.

Personally, I like the tool. But while using it in metastock with 2 or 3 charts opened, it is difficult to handle a bit.

But definitely good to have in your toolbox. Every weapon you have lets you do better in the market. :)

Nice tool. I get all of the same via Metastock.

Suggestion: Might not be possible as your program is an overlay but it would be nice if you could "track" the resize of the original chart. For eg: Applying Fib retractment to a chart and zooming into the chart does not resize the fib retractment in your program.

Anyways....will test it for the 10 tries during market hours. Would make more sense to give a fully functional trial for 14-days as sometimes the overall comes in the way and need to close it.

Hermanhess...no idea regarding AdvancedGet as I don't use it myself. Not even tested it. I am very happy with Metastock and my indicators. One glance at my setup and I know whats happenning to the market or that particular stock.

Regarding reliability. Yes...feed is very reliable!!!! In my usage since last 7 months, I have had only one downtime for a few hours. As for data reliability, I am sure that the tick will be off by a second or two, but it does not really matter to me as I am not into Hyper trading!! :) I look at this way... as long as my chart tick data and my trading terminal are matching, I am fine as my targets and SL's are fixed. Any change in market situation I come to know thru the chart and adjust my trades accordingly.

Hermanhess... I use the feed provided from www.stockmdata.com. It is for the India equity market.

Install and start using within 3 minutes. Real easy. They have trial for 14-Days too.

Excellent feed and customer service. And price is real cheap. Highly recommend.

And for this reasons our traditional Technical Analysis Patterns & Indicators no longer work in todays date.

I find this statement a bit over-board. Ofcourse there is no such thing as a Holy-Grail.... except for using your brains and having a feel for the market. But at the same time, any indicator, even trendlines are effective. Candlesticks work amazingly well if your eye sets in for the different patterns.

A lot of fancy words and phrases above. Cannot make a judgement on those analysis methods w/o trying it out myself. Hence very difficult to say what is the validity of the above claims.

EOD...I believe common sense works the best. Learn your few indicators well and understand your market. Stick to basics and good money management. You should come out on top.

3. On one hand you agree that the threads are a mess and searches are not opitmal yet on the other hand you say "Don't limit". Make up your mind. Order or systematic organization does NOT equal Chaos. At the same time, having a system in place does not mean a persons FREEDOM has been taken away. Try telling that to your Boss at work tomorrow. 4. Freshness in a business and sharing site?? For a title?? Give me a break!!! Try to be "creative" and apply all the "freshness" you want to your trades. It is your money. Odds are you will lose it with your "creativeness" instead of following some rules. Maybe for you, the stock index shud also now be creative and re-FRESH with some exotic titles on a daily basis. And dont give me **** that the posts are "illegal" while the index etc are not. Neither are the posts illegal nor is sharing a link illegal. What you do with that link is the matter that can get you prosecuted. IF they find you.

5. As for communities "dying" cuz they super private. That is YOUR opinion. YOUR view. YOUR experience. Which not necesarily is reality. From what I have seen, is that folks on the "outside" literally beg to be let into these private "communities". I belong to a few super private site and literally there are 100's of request everyday for invites or recommendations. If a site is super private, then it is kept so to weed out the bad apples over a period of time and then take in a new lot of members. Leakers and troublemakers are not welcomed at ANY site. How does one know whether a member is a good member or not??? Only TIME shows and tells the Admin/Mods so.

6. Lazy??!!! Wow!! Presumptious to the limit!!!! It was a suggestion to improve things for the members out here. Like you stated, which I did too, that threads are a mess. You PRESUME that I did not do my bit of searching or try to keep my responses in the correct thread. Check my posts and you will see that I did so. Presume all you want with your trades and the market but not on any other person. Either way you will be the loser only.

1. You don't have or want eSignal feed.

2. You using MS11 in Offline mode.

So...whatz the issue???

If you want to use RT in MS11 then just open that directory where ever your feed is storing the data. Ofcourse the data has to be in MS format. I am using MS 11 in Win7 with a live feed. No problems at all.

Be precise with your problem with more details and maybe it can be solved.

Btw...this is the metastock 12 request thread and not MS11 problem solving thread. Atleast be courteous to the original poster and either post in a new thread or else look at hte MS11 thread.

Have installed the same...without any problems. No idea why you getting the access violation. Uninstall it and re-install and see. Run installer as Admin.

Works with EOD data (metastock) fine. But does not recognize RT for some reason. If your EOD data is all in one single directory, then you will have to split it as VSA RT only recognizes 255 scripts within a single directory.

Decent. But in realtime with more than one chart running the indicator, it crashed metastock.

Guess we need ver 9.0. Anyone has it???
