Those are my setting , except I use 300 video bit rate... Yes.. Replay video capture is really good.... there is no rendering. Also there is Media capture, if the the webinar has already been recorded this will download their media file.. instead of you having to listen and record it..... it works on most sites...

While the FXstreet webinars are informative.. it's like anything else... it's the tip of the iceberg on what his method is all about... the XLT course is the way to go... and you don't have to take that beginner class.... you just have to call them and let them know you've been trading for a while and you don't need the rudimentary class and you want to go straight to the XLT... they'll let you... they don't want to miss out on about $7,500....
