    it is still there, just checked. Make sure to add h t t p and change @ to a, simple encryption stuff :)) second line is encryption key, which you can enter when asked

    yes, i didn't see any digital version for his 4th edition as well. I guess someone in past did scan his 4th edition and is available on internet/here.
