Has anyone got the latest version of the plugin for MT4? The one here is almost two years old.

Thanks graphiteplanet for your quick reply,eventually it woks but I have to go to the indicator list and reset to let the yellow rectangles show up, but I have noticed that there's an option is missing for this plug-in & exist in the TG software which is the Bar Description(the one when u point the mouse on a bar it tells Bar:up,down Vol:High,UHigh Spread:narrow,wide Close:up,middle).

Am I right or I have something missed, plz confirm

If you allowed dlls and loaded the EA that came with the plugin, you will get a description popup when you roll over the pointer on the signal. Its important that you first install the plugin using the setupfile posted in the first post of this thread. And then replace the indicators with the educated once.

When I apply the template it doesnt show the yellow rectangle even when changing the ConfirmAnalysis to true.

I tried applying your modified indicator BetaV001, it works fine but didnt show the yellow rectangle as well.

Make sure you checked "allow dll's" in both indicator option and in mt4->tools->options->EA. Try changing the time frames or restart mt4. It works for me fine. Also load the EA as that's required to call the dll for description window

I support the idea of sharing how people use this indicator in their trading. Its perhaps best if we keep this thread for the indi development and start a new thread to discuss price action with this indicator. If other agree then perhaps c0py is the best person to start a new thread dedicated to trading using this indicator?

MODIFIED INDICATOR V001

I modified the signal indicator with the following fixes.

1. Fixed the location of up and down arrows so they print close to the bars at all timeframes (except M1).

2. Fixed the location of yellow boxes so they are always visible within the frame.

3. Added an option to turn on/off the trend (bar painting)

4. ConfirmAnalysis option is now set to true by default.

MISSING FONT

If you see p and q instead of arrows you need to install a font to windows/fonts directory. Get the font here.

I too am getting the 'p's and 'q's for the signals. Am also seeing the signals too far away from the bar, requiring me to compress the chart, making it difficult to view the bars. Yellow confirmation squares are also printed quite far away for me. It might be a quirk of my installation, or a quirk of the specific MT4 I used to install it on. Haven't really tried to troubleshoot it yet.

 

The problem with printing p and q is the missing windings font. Add that in and you are good to go. I have modified the code so the indicators print properly. Please read my following post.

Can someone share also the Basic and Advanced Signal Modules?. We need it to learn how to trade the system.

 

As far as I know the problem is these modules are part of V2 which is not educated.

Thanks for the nice indi c0py. I just installed it. A few things that I noticed are: The OI text for each level is not visible, nor is there any option to change the text color. It takes long time to change the timeframe. It would also be nice to if the user can change the style and weight of the lines. One more suggestions is to add an alert when the price hits a level. Apart from these suggestions the indi works very nicely.

You are right marthart, it can be moved to more suitable section. Perhaps the moderators could decide and help with this.

The TG indicators for MT4 work well. It also explains the bar like in the TG software.

I tried these indicators long ago. I got the same error. Last bar pending or something similar. Anyways I think the tick volume works well for vsa analysis in forex. Its just that overall its a bit difficult to understand vsa. One option could be to analyze euro futures in parallel to spot charts.

I use ATR and volume to understand choppiness. If the volume is too low and market is sideways, stay out, if the volume is high and the market is sideways, bulls and bears are fighting in out so stay out :). Wait for a breakout.
