cftc didn't allow US resident

Why does ThinkForex exclude US clients? I know about US trading rule changes but this should not stop ThinkForex from taking US clients.

Sir.....I think this is the biggest understanding here! You seems do not fully understand what the "regulated" means.....FSC is just a body to register company in NZ.....Please be honest.....The exact point is we waiting FMA NZ to regulate you.....They just begin! I hope so.....

Thinkforex leverage is fixed.no changes for any reason. Thinkforex is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and has the obligation to protect client interests, As a result, the company has taken all necessary measures to protect client funds.

Client funds are received in the company's fiduciary segregated client bank accounts. These funds are off the balance sheet of the company and cannot be used to pay back creditors in the unlikely event of default. These funds can only be used to pay back clients.

Very good broker....but it just one thing that concern me....FMA New Zealand has just born to regulate yours....but i am pretty sure if ur broker stay like this....you will be a very reputable an honest broker.

That is a default message on the MT4 platform..it just indicates that when you submit a market order you will be filled at the best available market price.

We do not operate a dealing desk so there is no "Instant Execution" orders available only market

We accept UK residents. You may open an account in GBP and fund in GBP.

The initial deposit by the customer must be at least 2,500 units to recieve the free VPS hosting. Only initial. To maintain free for every month, there is a 4 standard lot trading requirement per month for our free VPS. I am presently with Thinkforex and one has to be careful.

I don't see how one can have true ECN trades with less than $1,000 in your account, and trade mini/micro lots.

I am trading mini's and micro's and constantly have delays and 'trade context is busy' errors.

Like most other brokers, full lots are directed for straight-through processing; however smaller lot sizes are probably handled in-house, which means "dealing desk" to me.
