That's the way to go!!! Think on your own and come up with a system that works foryou. I am not familiar with all of those indicators but the important thing is that you don't get greedy and take your 10 pips per pair. You will most definitely succeed.

15 minute E/U and G/U , but that is just personal preference. I only go for 20 pips per pair per day. If you want more money, trade bigger lots or just let the 20% run.

I no longer use the TDI (which came from CompassFX). The 75 MA just gives an overall direction to the market. There are no other special indicators but I do use the SRS human eye rule. If you are not familiar with SRS Trend Rider from Vlad Ribakov, the human eye rule is this. You enter the market one pip beyond the previous high (for long trades) or one pip beyond the previous low for shorts. The previous high is best described as that candle which has 2 lower candles preceding it and 2 lower candles following it with nothing higher between it and your entry. I would provide you with the manual but it is blacklisted on these forums. PM me with your Email and I can send you the whole thing. Hope this helps.

Irongraham, I actually use the TDI as an additional confirmation and I use the original setup. Coincidentally, I have plotted the Forex Rebellion with the original settings and the entry points are almost EXACTLY the same as the Seven Summits. With the additional confirmation from the TDI (from Comp***fx Synergy program and available for free) I can enter a pip or 2 beyond the low or high of the first candle to cross the 5 EMA. I do use the 75 EMA also but only as a flat market indicator; I will trade against it if it looks good. This is still my favorite program and with my tweaks, it is deadly. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the delay, folks! (Blame it on that pesky little thing in life called "Day Job") ;)

I fixed the issues with the indicators and I am really sorry if this caused any problem for anyone. I guess that is par for the course in the Open Source World, eh?

Here is a quick description of what is included:

    RumiRSISignal+ZLFilter.MQ4:
Gives the RSI signal in the current chart timeframe. It also paints one of the two RSI lines and its average line. Set drawRSI flag to false, if you dont want to see the lines.

    RumiRSISignal-MTF:
This paints two signals in two higher timeframes. 0 for the TimeFrame1 means current chart timeframe but for TimeFrame2 means next time frame relative to TimeFrame1. If you only want to see TimeFrame1, then set TimeFrame2 to -1. So, if you are on 15 min chart, 0,0 will get you 15 minute and 60 minute tfs (I skipped 30min!! but you can force it.)
This will depend on the RumiRSISignal-MTF-Fnc.ex4 to be in your indicator directory.

    AlphaTrader+RumiRSI-MTF-15.tpl
This is Jayman007's good looking template with minor additions and MTF indicators, for the 15min charts, but you can easily change it for your favorite period(s).

    Two notes of caution:
1-While I have tested for the repainting issue in real time, I did not have access to RT data for the MTF indicator. Please use caution!! Open Source is always work in progress!!

2-Please be careful using and interpreting higher time frame signals on lower time frame charts on historical data. They look too damned good, but they hide the fact that they peek into the future to tell the past/present, something that is sorely lacking in real time!! So if you are coming up with a system that relies on higher tf signals make sure you account for the fact that those signals are, for the most part, useless until the higher timeframe bar closes. I am sure you knew that already but just a reminder.

    So, here it is:

    Enjoy!

5 Years I have been at it. I have seen almost every system, method out there and prob some that won't even be found in the forums. Have literally read over 100 plus books on trading, systems, methods, money management .... the mental game etc etc. Point being I have paid my dues and then some like all others who end up as a profitable real trader.

In that 5 years yes I have learned how to read price action, how the market works, flows and ebbs and how real traders trade, what they look for, what they are looking at. I have learned how to actually trade. In that time I have learned some good methods to trade but I have also came up with my own. Let's be honest as a new trader just trading off of price action will not work. The knowledge base is not there. However following a set of rules that will govern your trading will work. JUST FOLLOW THE RULES!!!

Here is a method that WORKS and it is EASY to see the signals and NO re painting. If you follow the rules it works and will prob be one of the easiest most profitable methods you will find .... that I can guarantee!!!

Now if I can just figure out how to post images.
