John Bollinger has recently released a toolkit for Ninjatrader, This youtube video by him goes through the indicators. I thought the combination of BB Trend to mark the end of the move (reversal) was interesting. It is about 40 minutes in.

it took me time to know the exact name of the course because the video isn't show the name just the table of contents and see the details on pristine site , so the course name is : Trading the Pristine Method (TPM) (stocks package) part 1 (Greg Capra) , we wish to see part 2 of stock package , also there are several courses have the same name but for different markets : Trading The Pristine Method for Futures

In fact I am a registered user of prorealtime and have used it mainly for EOD but last month they have introduced realtime for registered free users. you have to enter the words freedata in the search box and it converts it to receive realtime data. It is based on the BATS system which others use (eg worden), but it means you can access some forex and commodities too. It is for the next 5 months.
