Would someone be willing to make an ea or script that could place the orders and set tp's and trail sl's in accordance with the software? If I could click and drag a script or something that placed the pre-order, set the tp and sl and trailed the order, it would be perfect. Extra would be being albe to specify how many orders to place as well as lot size. Also having different sl per order. Say you make 3 orders, 1 would sell at tp1, one at tp2, and one set to trail order until it hits its trailing sl. This was as complex as I think it could get. A more basic idea would be a script that allowed me to place 2-3x+ orders for same lot size, sl and tp with one order entry.

Because there are several factors that tell me when to take an order besides what the software says (like false positives), a fully auto system seems far fetched.

Because I was having trouble keeping up changing sl, tp etc, with two or more orders I got to thinking, how can this be easier, my hands are not fast enough, lol.

Anyone else having this issue? suggestions?

I trade with MD v1.30 live and it has a good performance. Seldom lose a trade but the MD v1.21 is probably the most successful version. MD is the only robot I trust after testing 100' of EAs. Successful EA must have active FFCal and ADX 25 because News and range markets are cemeteries for all robots! The robot must obey ADX and not trade under 25 and also obey all HIGH news reports.

Nevertheless, no one has it.

Does the md 1.3 you have have the news filter? I do not know what adx filter is. I am forward testing 1.01Pro w/news on several different pairs @m15. I use 1.01 because it works on several pairs and it had news filter.

The file is from an older version of the program. I was able to figure what goes where, which you will have to do also. There are a couple fields that I have in my newer program that are not mentioned.

Not sure what version and setfile to use.

the 1.4n, o and p versions seem to give me errors opening (or closing?) trades.

The 4 trades version worked well, until it shorted 4 trades on a huge upward swing. It then did not hedge any of the trades because it could only open 4. I managed to hold out for 4 days and turned it into a 10 pip loss. But it scared me enough to stop using in my demo.

I am testing the akalas mod and no complaints thus far.

But yea, I wanted 1.4o to work (because of some of the results I saw) but cannot seem to get it to trade without trade errors.

Anyone else seeing these trade errors with indo? Know cause?

This EA does not initiate trades. It manages the trades you make. From what I gather it will close trades based on a preset SL, trail or take profit and some other stuff.

Is this educated to run on a live account? Seems account specific from the webpage.

I am not sure the ej example I saw covered calculator settings. were you able to get those?

Welp, there is not much out there. I was able to get partial data on 4 sets. This is the only set I could get completely. No idea if current either, so test test test.

The thing is thats where it has been when these annoying popups with the error message comes up every now and then. Is it something more I need to install?

It seems that the URL the previous ffcal version was downloading the news from has changed recently .

You need to get a updated version of ffcal or edit your version to point to the new web url. There are threads on how to do this.
