Hi anzeigenmichel & kappaforex,

Have you ever considered that some of us enjoy testing these EAs to see why they do not work.

I like doing research on basket systems; you might like eating oranges. It's not really useful to make negative comments unless they are constructive and lead somewhere.

It may turn out to be no good, but unless ppl see that, they might end up losing money.

I have commented, elsewhere in this forum, about the specific problems of basket trading, but it doesn't stop me from doing the research.

 

BTW: I only trade live accounts manually.

Here is my detailed statement for this EA since I started testing it:

The first 59 trades were for 1 lot each (the pre-set value), some of which I closed out manually to prevent being margined out.

The next 125 trades were all at the new 0.1 lot value.

The odd number (including odd number of open trades) may be due to me having closed these trades manually; but I am sure the EA started afresh when I changed the lot size. However, the trades are closing in groups of 2.

When you say the trades are closing in groups of 2, is that manually or have you programmed the ea to do this for you, it would be a great feature as it would trade continuously in 2 x pairs then as it closes them it normally opens a new 2x pair after closing a previous profitable 2 x pair out!!!

closest friend ... hey ST_Fund im not criticising. I trade live buddy 1 and 2 lot contracts at a time to get my 20-40 pips a day. If i was -700 pips down live which would be $7000-$14000 DD on a 10k account i would not be happy at all( margined out) People need to realise when EA is working or not. Im expressing my point of view! Im sure many other forex traders would be kicking themselves if they had a -700 pips DD

 

No offence to you or anyone else for that matter! And what does working in the city have anything to do with what im saying / suggesting?

 

If you like this EA then go for it. Your call!

Well thats a great way of trading????? Use an EA to lose money then take the reverse trades to make money live. Awesome strategy NOT!! What happens when the trend continues another 200 pips in the same direction and you wen live. The AU trends well so if you did this method then sit on the sidelines and wait for a retrace. Wouldnt it make more sense not to use this EA cause it's not performing.

 

An EA should be making good trades not placing trades anywhere and everywhere waiting for a retrace with no SL's in place. If i were you i would think again?

Instead of ranting off Kappa, read my post correctly, where did i say reverse the trade, Seeing as i worked in the city for many years what makes you think that i'm not successful already???

Unlike yourself i'm not frightened of trading live and have no problem with drawdown, it is you that needs to learn how to read posts correctly before criticising others!!

We decided to commerliaze our EA. So I can no longer use this forum or topic to talk about my EA because that would be spamming.

 

I asked one of the administrators to deleet the topic but he refused because he was worried that he would get the blame for it.

 

The main reason that we go commercial is that we (my programmer and me) don't want to help people who would never bother to thank us or after downloading the EA would still prefer to kick me in the balls.

People who want to thank us or want to show some gratitude will pay for it. People who don't want to show some gratitude will not pay for it and this way we do not need to feel frustrated that we helped distructive fools. Or that we need to feel like fools.

The majority of the people here are only out to get something (can you please share can you please share....)... and don't show any respect or gratitude.

I personaly think the whole affair could have quite easily been fixed by just closing the thread when he requested it, he obviously had changed his mind and came back on and explained that he now decided to sell his EA which everyone has the right to do, he apologised and asked for the thread to be closed, no one has lost anything and the thread didnt have 1000's of posts so not many people had seen it anyway!!!!

I can say right now that martin cole has been around a long time, i knew of him way back when i worked in the city, hes a successful real trader that has already made his money from trading and has been teaching his method at least 10 years that i know of, Mauro is just a salesman, martin is a trader, the secret with martin is his own developed software that he uses which helps identify when the market makers make their move.

Ok people, make sure you change the standard setting from 0.01 to 0.10 as most brokers dont allow you to trade 0.01 (10 cents a pip) unless its a micro account, minimum for most brokers is a $1 a pip (0.10), just spotted it and changed mine and now its trading, hope this helps!!!

This thing does need to trade like mad if its gonna make the kind of pips they claim, about a 1,360 pips a day if its to be believed ha ha ha!!!!

$68,000 @ $5 a pip = 13,600 pips over 10 days (2 weeks)

Why do you need a manual???, watch the video as he states clearly its very simple, open just one 4hr currency like EUR/USD insert EA and thats it, it trades all from one template apparantly!!!
