explanation:
when close is greater than SMA 3 High of previous day,indicator plots SMA 3 LOW
when close is lesser than SMA 3 LOW of previous day,indicator plots SMA 3 HIGH
 
very usefull also weekly and monthly HL Activator on daily chart
On forex tsd you find HLActivator multitimeframe for metatrader.

I want publically thank ALTORONTO who coded for me cycles from my metastock formula.

Thank you....I am using spectrum too...and it is very good tool.
As regard planetary tools....I don't use them because I ,for now,don't know them very well and morover they are not matematically measure.
I think a good way to use planets is Pentagonal Cycle and now I am using Cycle Timer to apply longitudine and angle...sinodic and sideral.....I hope to reach good result but for now I am starting.....image is taken from Cowan's home page:
