I test it (since today) on demo and it start trading a lot of GBUUSD ...

It seems that you are comparing your Local Time (12:28:02 PM) with the MT4 Platform (Broker) Time (14:28:02 PM).
 
But GMT Offset means you need to compare GMT (Greanwich Mean Time, also known as UST Universal Standard Time) with the MT4 Platform (Broker) Time.
