On TDI,

In the picture xxxx_1451.png

you label Lower Band 32 when touch RSI Price Line Level 32. But RSI Price Line touch level 68, and you label UpperBand 64

Since TDI is code with BBand 20 with Std Dev 1.6185, naturally we are referring the lowerband & upperband of this bollinger Band.

But your Lower Band 32 above BBand Lower, Upper Band 64 only 1 touch BBand Upper & another

overshoot BBand Upper.

Is there a label issue ?

on the extreme left of TDI, You show text "above 64", it just slightly above rsi level 50 ???

and "good trade price touch upper band" (can understand it touch the tma uper band) &"bottom above 64", cannot understand ??? , still rsi price line just slightly above level 50 ???

Sir Iwant to convert this indicator to use in amibroker hence require mq4 to get converted into amibroekr afl, which is possible only after decompile

This kind of .ex4 is compiled in MT4 Build Version 4.0 and above, is a binary file, cannot be decomplied.

If you waited a little longer, you could've made 30-40 pips more. Okay, no greedy.

I trial stop the low of the hourly bar. the profit was around 70~80pips, but see the red bar formed like the bearish harami. quitely move to the bar.

Indi which jackey post maybe can solve this problems. I'm testing it how you can wee on my chart. Or you can suggest an indicator as an additional filter?

No. your system required above/below 0-line to decide. Today will enter wrongly.

I think i preferred MACD. Also Stochastic for OB/OS filter.

but S/R indicator issue and cause me to enter slightly late.

The price bar make higher low, so move the stoploss to 50pips.

Currently in 20pips profit

1st 0.1 lot TP 18pips

2nd 0.1 lot TP 42pips

Could it be the Daylight saving time/normal time problem?

 

Remember, the Europe countries just changed the daylight saving time back to normal time the past Sunday. There is one hour difference right now.

 

In the U.S.A, we will change the Daylight saving time this coming Sunday. So in the USA, we are still in DST. You may want to try the indicator out with a USA based broker to see if you still have one hour difference.

After look into your GMT Offset Indicator code and found the program bug.

The program do a GetLocalTime(), so your PC time is display.

To display GMT Time, it need to do a GetSystemTime().

sigh!!!

This program originally from Clock v1_2, the bugs exist quite some time.

You're right about recalculating. I'll tried many pivots indi and this which I post are most precise. Someone ask me a question: why 80 pips and how long I must wait for new values. I said about 2 hours.

It's not a bug it's only true pivots.

Well. so far, not much members experience this issue and report in this thread. If your design in such, I got nothing to said. Maybe is just my OS or old MT4 issue.

Most Pivot indicator will display the previous S1/R1 immediately upon current day open.

Your pivot display current day S/R lines much later, because of your initial S/L & T/P set to 80pips, that offset the S1/R1 lagging issue.

Today i tested with the strategy tester using Django indicator and template. It proved to me that Pivot indicator is having bug as compare to Pivot DSR.

During the testing, you will experience the line expanding from small about 10 pips to around 80pips wrt to whiteline

Another interesting is when click to the inputs, the SR line all reset to proper as Pivot DSR.

But Pivot DSR do not had this problem.

If the Pivot is consistent, My loss would be 50pips not 80pips

You see, as a trader, you want a consistent system so that you got no worry.

If you ask people to do the indicator for you, you would like to test out how reliable it is.

Never believed that the programmer will do the job correctly 1st few rounds

You can try out yourself using the strategy tester to see whether it work for you.

Did you upgrade MT4 platform ( today is new version )? Try to reinstall GMT Offset indi, if this not help you're right 2 is right number. And, most important; not catching for every word to be fought.

I used Craig Harris Session indicator give me the correct value, so i can forget about the GMT offset indicator, i believe it is a bug in the program.
