  1. Amazingly, all his demo accounts started off with just $250, and there were a few losing trades as shown in the fxbook statements. Maybe a pipjet copycat? Wonder if pipjet could emulate this? Pavlus just shared the latest educated pipjet so we could demo it out with 10% risk as well. Will be interesting.
  2. 3rd week on GBPUSD trade? Are we talking about the same Pipjet EA? I thought it just came out this week and which trades on USDCAD. Did Hermes managed to get a pre-launch copy of Pipjet and his copy educated to trade other pairs? I know that the old Megadroid was educated to trade pairs other than EURUSD. Or was it Megadroid Pro. I've lost track.

Anyway, Pipjet's parameters are certainly the same as Megadroid's, which suggest that it has the same "brains".

And with all the pre-launch hype to all the world, it's any wonder that the brokers do not prepare for this new EA. Wonder whether any purchaser had good results?

  3. Psaini, I'd just downloaded it. no problem with Symantec's Endpoint Protection. Maybe false positive with Norton?

Mashki, is the system educated? The installation guide indicates that licence activation is required via website login and creating a licence key. Nevertheless, thank you very much for sharing.

  4. Hi cazador,

Henry Liu is an American Chinese, Kishore M. .....ehm may be is an Indian..lol

I don't know about Kishore, but generally Indians are really intelligent, articulate and a number of them are at the top of the corporate world leading some of the Fortune 500, if not 100 companies. Anand Viswanathan is also World Chess Champion. Psaini, Vikram and other Indians on this forum are also very adept at forex trading. They all have my admiration and I'm Chinese.

  5. BobR, yes you are right. Not an exact copy, but have you viewed the code? Notepad will do. They may have included some additional code, but everything else is exactly the same. It may not be an exact copy of the block ea, it is still a copy. As I said, it could also be a copy of one of the other eas from the other developer, which are all based on the block ea.
  6. Hi Callahan, gale is a blatant copy because the code are exactly the same. Right down to the mis-spelling ("Invalikd account") in the error message. All the function names (and function code) are the same, the way they use the parameter ActiveSet right down to the account validation. Gale is also separated in the same way as Block EA into two different EA - one for 4-digit and one for 5-digit. Completely the same. Gale could be copyng one of the Double or Triple Hedge EAs, or could be throwing in all the extra pairs. But the code is exactly the same. Maybe they are the same people after all.

    See for yourself:

  7. This is a copy of the Bl0ck Tr@ding Expert Advisor or one of the other products from f0r3x3xp3rtadvis0r.c0m people. The code are the same, and even the mis-spelling are exactly the same. They could be the same people though. The gale EA could be copied from one of the hedge ea from the other developer. The base code is certainly from the bl0ck tr@ding ea which was shared here on II.

  9. yes, some code indeed - almost 4,500 lines!

the various forward tests posted on myfxbook show that the ea takes partial profit and trades at most twice a day if conditions are right. however if it doesn't go the way expected, it'll let the full trade go all the way to sl. if only it could be programmed to take partial loss like it takes partial profit.
