Are you still clicking on New Order and then entering your stop loss and take profit manually?

These go in Indicators > Scripts, to use them make sure experts are enabled and then just drag the buy or sell script onto your chart and the order is entered automatically and the stop loss and take profit are put in. After you're in the order, drag and drop the file SL-Tp move by mouse onto your chart, you'll see the red lines, click on the red lines to drag and drop your stop loss and take profit.

 

Instructions to change the default stop and take profit and size:

 

Open the file OrderBuy.mq4 in metaeditor, change the values as you see them in the green text (for 5 digit brokers add an extra digit), Now save as something else, ex: z_Buy , z_Sell (for easy access), be sure to save to indicator> scripts AND then click file > Compile.

 

You can repeat the process and save different scripts if you trade different sizes or different stop/tp for certain markets...

To get the data to work properly after you have done the steps in the first post:

 

#1. Open the chart you want data for in MT4

#2. Add the symbol in Amibroker

#3. Click on the symbol in the symbol list

 

(if you set your chart to tick data, you will start receiving after 3 ticks)

Thanks for all the amazing shares. I'm very interested to work with Amibroker now with the programming and scanning tools. I wasted a lot of time getting the data to work so now I can save you some.

 

#1. Start your MT4, Tools > Options > Server > Enable DDE

I have one small issue that hopefully someone can help me with, I have tried all of the different color combinations under chart properties for the candles but for some reason only Cdl lines and Cdl down are working, when I change Cdl up it does nothing. So I'm stuck with all the candles the same color...

Wow, it's working with my renko charts, awesome. Check out how nicely it keeps you in the trends by using a 3 moving average shifted forward 3 (Joe Dinapoli style)

PS - you may want to make a note in the first post for people with Vista that you need to use the clean registry function before loading each time, in vista it puts the button into the start menu folder
