    ...just found in another board:

    TRADITIONAL CAPITALISM :
    You have two cows.
    You sell one and buy a bull.
    Your herd multiplies, and the economy grows.
    You sell them and retire on the income.
    A FRENCH CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You go on strike because you want three cows.
    A JAPANESE CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You redesign them so they are one-tenth the size of an ordinary cow and produce twenty times the milk. You then create clever cow cartoon images called Cowkimon and market them World-Wide.
    A GERMAN CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You reengineer them so they live for 100 years, eat once a month, and milk themselves.
    A BRITISH CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. Both are mad.
    AN ITALIAN CORPORATION:
    You have two cows, but you don't know where they are. You break for lunch.
    A RUSSIAN CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You count them and learn you have five cows. You count them again and learn you have 42 cows. You count them again and learn you have 12 cows. You stop counting cows and open another bottle of vodka.
    A SWISS CORPORATION:
    You have 5000 cows, none of which belong to you. You charge others for storing them.
    A HINDU CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You worship them.
    A CHINESE CORPORATION:
    You have two cows. You have 300 people milking them. You claim full employment, high bovine productivity, and arrest the newsman who reported the numbers

    AMERICAN CORPORATION
    You have two cows.
    You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows. The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Islands company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company. The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more.
    Sell one cow to buy a new president of the United States, leaving you with nine cows. No balance sheet provided with the release.
    The public buys your bull.

    I've modified the JercaPivot so that you can see historical levels on the chart
    Easy to see that price is respecting the lines often...in hindsight
    But which line will future price respect?
    Don't see a difference/advantage compared with "normal" pivot lines

    I'm using the Supertrend_Candles indicator for a better visibility
    I maybe recode a part of the underlying Supertrend indi because it's running through all bars on each tick but doesn't neccessarily repaint (as far as I could see)
    What I like is that you don't get whipsawed with trend changes although price might be running against the trend the indi is suggesting
    The indi isn't unfaillable and I'm currently looking for patterns:

    - How often do we get at least 2 same colored bricks after a trend change (transition green->red or red->green)
    - How often does an immediate reverse of a trend change lead to a continuation of the prevailing trend
    i.e you get a green->red transition with a down-brick immediately followed by a up-brick. Is there a high probability that the next brick will also be a up-brick so that it becomes tradable?
    These two patterns are working fine on the mini S&P future with 1point brick size, but I can't get enough historical data (that's by the way a great challenge for all instruments to get high qualitiy 1 minute data in sufficent amount)

    Hi everyone,

    As promised, I hacked the code of Pyramid 5.2 some more to fix the double grid trade bug. While I was at it, I cleaned up the code and removed some unnecessary bits.
    Also I removed all the Russian text, translated it to English, and got rid a lot of code that just put junk on the screen that was unnecessary.
    Also I tweaked the preset files, and fixed a few issues with them (namely the EURUSD did not have alfa_lot being 2, which meant that it didn't work on micro accounts!)
    Also I imported a EURGBP set file from Pyramid 3.2, and tweaked it for use in this EA.

    Now everything is all really nice... BUT I have not tested this EA as much as the original 5.2XE... so PLEASE if you use this EA, to do some testing with it before going live.
    I am still testing this on a live account. It seems to be doing just fine, however, as it is essentially a trimmed down version of the original with an important bug fixed, and tested to work.

    Don't forget to read the manual txt file in the archive! It will explain EVERYTHING.

    Why would hedging(same pair) be an alternative to scalping in the first place?
    Hedging comes into play when you don't know what to do with your open position...it might even be a scalp trade that went wrong direction.
    But if you mean to hedge i.e. a long eurusd with a long usdchf, that's what I'm doing from time to time (also eurjpy and chfjpy in opposite direction)

    you can use two nested for loops

    for(int k=104; k>=4; k--)
    {
    exp1=0; exp2=0;

    for(int i= 0 i<k; i++)
    {
    //calculate expression 1 and 2 by running through the OrderHistory
    exp1*=x; //maybe OrderProfit or somthing like this
    exp2+=y
    }
    //evaluate exp1+2
    if(exp1>0 && exp2>0)
    .......
    }

    You will notice that some of the candles have different colors body and shadow
    That's due to the way MT4 is handling the data
    A red shadow with a blue body means that the closeprice was in the lower section of the range but it was still a upcandle

    You can use the code of the indi as a template for other calculations to get colored candles
    e.g. if price closes between ma50 and ma100 it's neutral, above both ma's its bullish and below bearish
    So if someone has an idea how to classify the pa you can either post your indi here or post the rules and we can see what can be done

    Bug should be fixed

    Switch to M1 and look what the indi is doing
    General: Price above red line only longs suggested....below only short
    You will see thin green lines on the chart
    Let's say we are above the red line and price breaches the green line from below
    You will see a yellow arrow then and two price boxes
    the yellow box is the TP and the orange one is SL
    So you are trading the break of the green lines

    To get history signals:
    In the property tab of the indi you can find a parameter "Reserved"
    If you want to see the signal of a previous price swing you only have to input the enddate of that swing
    e.g. gbpusd M30:
    to get the signals for the swing 2011.07.06 where price crossed the red line from above you have to put
    2011.07.08 15:00 (end of swing) into the Reserved field

    From their website:

    ...Important: The DeltaForce Indicator does not repaint. All signals are given in real time and the past signals are not repainted....

    From mq4 file:

    for (int l_shift_20 = 0; l_shift_20 < Bars; l_shift_20++) { g_ibuf_112[l_shift_20] = 0.0; g_ibuf_116[l_shift_20] = 0.0;

    They are recalculating the position of the arrows on each tick...if this isn't a repainter then I don't know....
