It's very difficult because for these kind of stuff most people would download then unrar/unzip and then delete the original rar/zip files

for megaupload, ie-->view, then somewhere, maybe decode or something, choose unicode(UTF-8), or simply try firefox, it might help.....but i'm not 100% sure
