Can someone explain a little more how to trade the gaps? Would be great to have an up to date spreadsheet. The last data is one year ago.

Is it just copy and paste the data in?

Which data is used? Just the ES index.

How to trade the gaps

I don't understand people who works with Ensign. For me very bad software in all aspects. Nice colors yes but that is all.

My advice, better go for Amibroker or Multicharts! Never backfill problems!

I dont know if it was already an achieved goal, but today I finally succeded in making the whole combination work on windows7!!! this is a great achievement for me, as I was using an xp virtual machine to make it work...with a greate decrease in the overall performance!

To load data from your MetaTrader to MetaStock:

 

1. Open your MetaTrader

2. Click Tools then History Center

3. Choose the currency pair and timeframe you want to analyze on MetaStock then click Export

4. When prompted to save the file, save it as ASCII Text (prn)

5. Open The Downloader (comes with MetaStock)

6. Click on Tools then Convert

7. Make sure that file type is ASCII Text and browse to the prn file which you recently saved

8. Setup destination folder (which will save it as metastock format) Make sure that destination type is MetaStock

 

Note: If the data is intraday you will need to click on Options and setup the option on right. Whether it's intraday, daily, weekly, or monthly and specify the amount of data in miutes. For example: Daily 1 -> typical Metatrader daily chart. Or choose Intraday then type 60 if you're converting hourly chart! This is very important.

 

9. Click Apply and return to conversion settings and click Ok to make conversion

10. To load your MT4 chart, open your MetaStock and choose File > New > Chart then browse the destination folder to find the converted MetaStock file and load it.

ok here's how i managed to install this thing,

 

1.) download juriks tools http://[email protected]/files/451022684/Jurik_TS8.rar, inside ull find the installer and the activator

 

2.) open your tradestation and write down your customer number, its in the help about menu, my tradestation version is 8.7 .3085

 

3.) install juriks tool and select your tradestation version, should be 7 or 8, during the license info window type in your TS customer # and run the the activator keygen to generate your password, and it will ask to activate, check what jurik tools to activate, just check all and it will give back a password mismatch window, do this 3 times till the too many bad passwords window will come up and write down your ID code its on the top of the ok button and the installer will exit.

 

4.) Now put the generated ID code in the activator keygen to get the correct password and repeat step number 3 and jurik tools will be activated and installed in your hard drive typically drive c:\JRSOMEGA

 

5.) and lastly import the els file from TS (note on my TS 8.7 i got errors during the importation on some indicators, probably compatibility issues)

I know that uberspeed already cracked the Pro also on Traderszone. Could you look at that? I don't have access and download rights there.
