I've been looking for some decent futures tick data, and it turned out it's pretty pricey. Best I've been able to find is €380 for complete symbol history from: http://www.tickdatamarket.com/index.php?number=p070100&lg=gb Here is another good source, but I'm not sure about quality here ... http://www.grainmarketresearch.com/int_futures.cfm Of course there is tickdata.com, $100 a year per symbol.
