How do I get the SR Level.CSV files

I have drawn the horizontal line on EURUSD on the open high low and close of the previous 3 days.

 

As the Trend is bearish The pair has come down so do I need to zoom in on the daily chart and put the lines back candles where present price is ?

 

I think it would be better IF u can post the screen shot of Daily chart on EURUSD for todays levels and.

I inserted the 3 scripts in the /experts/files/folder of the mt4

and then restarted the MT4

 

and tired to attach those scripts but did not work out it was giving a pop up window message saying SR Level.csv not found

 

How could one get it and save it in the folder
