i tested this ea the last few weeks and watched it a bit. The results were not so good, but ...
Last night i had an idea that might be interesting:
While watching the EA i noticed that it is excellent in picking some (for GBPUSD characteristic) volatile periods.
So if FXPP enters a trade the SL or the TP will be exceeded more than 2 or 3 pips.
The idea is to open a hedging position when FXPP enters a trade.
The hedging TP could be set 1 or 2 pips (+spread) away from the SL of the original position.
The hedging SL in opposite way.
If 1 of both positions is closed a Trailing stop could be placed.
If the remaining position has a postive result: Wide out TP about 1 or 2 pips (once).
I think this could be a way to get some extra pips (maybe).
In my eyes this modification would offer the possibility to take higher lotsizes and leverage.
I am no coder so if some1 wants to do this modification... just do it [-O< ^:)^ and post a copy (maybe with a backtest) ;) .
