  1. use lot risk reductor at 1 and lot at .1 for eurusd and you don't need to have a second look at account running the ea...there will be good returns without any major risks.

usdchf is not an impressive sight even with these safer variables.eurgbp is safe all through 2010 but 2009 is not as good.

eurusd is good through last two years with above inputs.

the bot is good for that trader only who does not want to do anything with manual trading.even one good trade manually,of proper size, in a year, can get better results than this bot.

    which time frame?

    fxman2000,

I was doing a bit of scalping this afternoon in demo from those charts and I think it is possible to get 30-40 trades a day, at least certainly on a reasonably volatile day like today. However, there's no way that I can see we can get anything like that amount of trades using ein's rules as we understand them.

If we're always trading with the minor trend, as soon as we exit one trade we wait for the small retracement which prompted our exit and then enter the next trade and so on. When the minor trend finally ends we most probably have to take a loss, however along the minor trend we could have placed say 5 to 10 trades of which most or all should be successful.

Good point about the fast and slow MAs crossing - I thought about that too. It can be a good signal, though it's generally a bit too slow for scalping and we could have taken 1 or 2 good scalp trades by the time we get the confirmation of the MA cross.

For interest, here's an example of how I came to my estimates:

    15 winning trades for 10 pips = 150 pips

    10 winning trades for 5 pips = 50 pips

    5 losing trades for 20 pips = -100 pips

    Net Pips = 100

30 trades a day gaining 100 pips with accuracy of 83%

I have tried this system on my Demo Account for last 3 days, on H1 TF, and I milked $6,000 by just following what is given on Forexsignal 30 site. You need not to scalp on shorter TFs.

  3. Re: How do I avoid memory overload on VPS MT4?

I am afraid there is no shortcut to this. EAs using multiple complex indicators, often consume massive RAM.

When you re-start the Platform, it starts afresh, but as the indicators keep loading in the RAM history builds, it eventually fills up.

one solution could be that you manage the no. of bars in the chart to the minimum in the options of MT4 :D
