  1. I'm a volume and price action trader myself. My own 'style' is derivative of VSA and Wyckoff - a distilled version of both that works for me.

I agree that volume is a massive component to trading that many ignore. People will also tell you that forex volume doesn't usefully exist because it's an OTC market. I accept the failings but I personally disagree with this assertion. You need a good source of tick volume - I use the eSignal GTIS forex feed. The GTIS feed is a composite of 300+ individual banks and institutions and I would assert that the tick volume from all of those is usefully indicative of activity at certain price levels to make it insightful.

I also trade currency futures on the CME and whilst the CME market volume and price is more orderly and less spikey, the GTIS spot contributor volume from eSignal is definitely valuable. Alas it's not free of charge - I pay about $120 a month I think. Some say the Dukascopy and IBFX volume is a good facsimile of the eSignal volume - I've never checked it myself.

The link below is a collection of jumbled stuff relating to volume and VSA in particular. Don't expect to get it quickly or easily. I had TradeGuider to help me originally (though I don't use it anymore). Like anything valuable - it takes a while of screen time to grasp it. It takes many years to master it. I am far from mastering it. :)

Monthly Webinar : Rule Based Market Timing / Part II - Application

    Summary:

During this session, Sam will deliver the logic, rules, and strategy needed to achieve consistent low risk, high reward, and high probability profits when trading the Forex markets, both short term and long term.

The Edge: The only way to achieve low risk, high reward, and high probability entry points into markets is to have the ability to know where the markets are going to turn, before they turn, with a very high degree of accuracy. This is the concept of market timing. Most people say you cant time the markets turning points in advance, we say you can with a very high degree of accuracy. This edge building concept is the focus of this two part event by Sam Seiden.

In the SECOND part of this Monthly Webinar, at 17:00 GMT, Sam will apply this strategy live in the market:

  3. Hello,

thank you for sharing NickB Video, I have download all files and got 3 error files ( part 4, part 5 and part 6)

If anyone still have these original good files ( part 4, part 5 and part 6 ), would you please make ECC (error correction code) 5% from these files and upload them ?

The program for making ECC file is ICE ECC :

    http://www.ice-graphics.com/ICEECC/IndexE.html

5% ECC file have about 5% size of the file and It can repair about 5% anywhere damage so that It can save time to upload and download.

Or If the original files are deleted, I hope you can upload these files :

    NickB Video Course\Part8-Candle patterns\06part8readingcandles_d.flv. (from part 4)

NickB Video Course\Part9-Support and resistance\part9supandreslines_c.flv. (from part 5)

NickB Video Course\Part9-Support and resistance\part9supandreslines_h.flv. (from part 6)

    thank you very much.

  4. Mediafire links had corrupted files (part 7, 15, 19, 20). Here are ECC (Error Correction Code) for part 7, 15, 19, 20 & 22-28 from RS link good files. It can repair the damage files. ECC files for part 22-28 were untested because I downloaded from RS link.

  5. Re: McDaddy Trading course -Price Behavior

if someone have a good one video (day 2 part 1), please use ICE ECC, a powerful software for making a recovery record separated from original file, to make its recovery record so that we don't have to download a complete file again and upload it please. ^:)^

    thank you very much.
