Hi guys, VIP Predator is a fraud. VIP Forex Royal as well. I checked the source code. VIP Predator is nearly a 100% copy of the well known Firebird v0.63 EA. The programmer even didn't delete the unused crap in the EA. VIP Forex Royal is Firebird v0.63 plus components from other Firebird versions. You can easily google the Firebird EA. It is a wellknown EA. It can generate huge profits in ranging markets but typically generates huge drawdowns as well. It can easily kill your account in trending markets.

Hi all, I came across an interesting indicator, the AccuStrength Currency Strength Meter:

It's a commercial indicator. It seems to generate pretty reliable signals. Calculations derived using the SSt20 currency strength algorithm. Individual currency strength for the 8 majors is calculated.

The ISEA (4 or 5 digit_nolimitorder) is a strongly modified version of the original ISEA EA with a lot more functions like Money Mgt., better trade closing functions, better limited order functions. So its worth to test it out !

Hello, "EAKAIN SCALPER PRO 2010 v1.04 bnz" made about 100% profit in the last 3 months on my TadawulFX demo account in the agressive mode, 20% risk and using the 4 pairs EURUSD, USDCH, USDJPY, USDCAD. TadawulFX is a 4digit broker with fixed spreads. In addition I test it on a CollectiveFX demo account. CFX is a 5digit STP broker. EA made about 45% profit in the same time with same settings and is doing much less trades than the one on TadawulFX. Does anybody has an idea why this is the case ?

Hi noone22, on a JadeFX forum I found the following comment:

"...If you plan to use any ISEA based technique scalper on AUDNZD on an ECN or STP broker (like JadeFx), read this (my experience, but you do what you want with it ;) ):

 

I made my own implementation of ISEA EA and add some protection to it (equity protection, SL filter, spike detection,etc...) but based on the envelop indicator instead of using a simple moving average. In backtest and forward, no probs to pass a $3000 account to 70K in 3 weeks.

 

Now the LIVE test: If you can live with slippage of more than 10 pips, and orders filled at price that are far from the price you asked resulting of loss pratically all the time, go for it. In my case, I have turned off the EA after 2 hours. Don't scalp intensively on AUDNZD, this pair has not enough liquidity and you'll get this results with any scalper (ISEA or not) on this pair.

 

Try to find a good scalper for major pairs. Chance are that your orders will be filled at the price you ask and slippage will be very small...."

Maybe this is a solution. Coders welcome.

my Firebird EA is now also running on CollectiveFX and JadeFX demo accounts.

This is great ! Obviously for ECN AND STP (only) brokers the desribed EA add-ons are working.

It's realy easy - if you know it ... you are rocking ! \m/

I dont know what happened but today the spread on EUR/CHF increased from approximately 2 pips to more then 5 Pips its been like this for the past 8 hours Alpari-US spread is 2.5 on this pair with no commisions,

 

I hope this is not the beginning of the end of CollectiveFx.

I am with Alpari UK and I am heavily trading the EURCHF pair. I applied the spreadometer indi to live and demo account and I can tell that at Alpari UK the spread of the live account is up to 100% higher than the demo account, this means that I have recent Alpari logs with more than 5pips spread for EURCHF on my live account. If you read forexpeacearmy comments about Alpari US, it seems that there is the same problem. Up to now I didn't succeed to sign up with CFX. Meanwhile I am working with beamfx. They have been once founded similar to CFX.

are the ECN files working only for ECN brokers or STP brokers like BeamFX, CollectiveFX or JadeFX as well ?

I have the problem, that e.g. the Firebird EAs (e.g. 1.0 or 0.67) are running on my Alpari account but not on the other brokers above.

All are 5 digit brokers.

BeamFX seems to be an ECN broker, but after adding the ECN add-ons as described above I couldn't open the EA anymore.

I would appreciate your support.

Alpari is crap because their live spreads are up to 100% higher than their demo spreads. This means any results from forward testing with demo accounts can't be replicated in live accounts. You should try beamfx.com. They also got very good reviews and offer free VPS.

there is a good indicator for your spread controlling (in particular good for checking demo and live account spreads): spread_recorder - available here

you have to add a sub folder "Spread_Recorder" in your MT4>experts>files folder. Here spread log files are created and collected.

according to the Kain website they proposed the following min. spreads for scalping:

EURCHF - 3 pips

EURGBP - 3 pips

EURUSD - 2 pips

GBPCHF - 7 pips

USDCAD - 4 pips

USDCHF - 3 pips

USDJPY - 2 pips

I did not check whether these spread limits are really working.

Considering broker e.g. Alpari is not fitting in these spread limits all the time (Alpari live spreads are anyway about 50-100% higher than the demo spreads !) , but e.g. TadawulFX provides fixed spreads fitting to the spread proposal and has acceptable reviews in Forexpeacearmy.

I let it run on demo and live with 5 min TF. That's also the recommended one. It's working fine. Very important is the TF setting:

USDCHF 22-24 CET

EURCHF 22-24 CET (new!)

USDJPY 21-24 CET

You can also increase easily max no. of trades from 3 to 5.

1) Supper Turbo(inc).ex4 ----> experts/include folder

2) Supper Turbo.ex4 ----> experts folder

3) Supper Turbo.mq4 ----> experts folder, not necessary if you put the Turbo.ex4 there

 

There are also 2.dll files:

1) SupperTurbo1.dll

2) SupperTurbo.dll

Put both in the experts/libraries folder

... the EA works perfect in my forward testing at the 5 digit broker Alpari with the settings and dlls above. There seems to be NO EXPIRATION in 2010 ! Important is to look for low spread brokers such as Alpari. In average I receive about 10% gain - every day ! ... and this only with 3h scalping every day. It's really great, I love it :">
