Can someone combine the Karl Dittmann one and this into one indicator both are similar

I checked the code and there is no time restriction on the Scalping Strategy. I've been testing FXCombo for about two weeks and Scalping seems to be the most active of the four strategies opening trades during all sessions. So, yes, it trades 24 hours a day.

The code looks ok though it's working in a different way to the original RSI.
 
RSI was contrarian in its signals:
 
RSI < 35 then we signal Long (indicator seen as "oversold")
RSI > 65 then we signal Short (indicator seen as "overbought")
 
You have WPR as:
 
WPR > -80 signal Long
WPR < -20 signal Short
 
WPR oversold is normally -80 to -100
WPR overbought is normally -20 to 0
 
Note that RSI normal levels are 30/70 and Pipa uses 35/65. On that basis, to replicate the RSI signal closely, but use WPR instead your code should read something like:
 
WPR < -75 signal Short
WPR > -25 signal Long
 
Because WPR is on a -ve scale only, you need to ensure that your greater than or less than symbols are correct (-22 is > -25 for example)

There was a whole forexmentor course based on the same idea (posted somewhere on here). Although reversals at London close are common, they're not guaranteed and it all depends on market conditions. At the moment they may work great, next month you may find that after London close the market goes into choppy consolidation for several hours or continues with the trend from the afternoon.
 
I've found that just being aware that reversals may happen at US open or London close gives us an edge, though that's all. Beware of getting into to the habit of thinking that price will reverse at certain times (I've done this before lol), because price will be quite happy to ignore your predictions. At potential reversal times, if you get good solid signals then take them, though if price doesn't show where it's wanting to go clearly and you make the assumption that it's going to reverse, prepare to get burned!
